On Wednesday, October 30, at 6:00 p.m., the Municipal Public Company for Tourism, Civic Promotion and International Relations will hold the Paseo de the Guayabera where the presentation of the 'Bicentennial Guayabera' will take place.
As a tribute to Guayaquil for the Independence Day, the textile importer Orellana Hand Tailored It will present a fashion catwalk to enhance the good customs of Buenos Aires, among them, rescuing classic clothing such as this garment that, on the occasion of its two hundred years of history, will have its special version.
During the parade, there will be a historical tour of the evolution of the guayabera in the city of Guayaquil. The public will be able to learn about this iconic garment in all its facets and its importance in local pop culture.
