Who is behind the page?

We are Industria Textol Orellana SA – Known as Guayaberas Orellana or Guayaberas Guayaquil, with more than 50 years of experience creating this wonderful garment that is an icon of Ecuador. We are the clearest reference of a Guayaquileño.

Is the product authentic?

All our garments are designed by our Staff, so once our design filter has passed, we proceed to the textile production by hand in our clothing workshop with impressive finishes.

How to place an order?

To make your first purchase, it is very easy, once on the page of the desired product, you have to:

  • Click on “Add to cart” and choose the option “Pay My Order”
  • On the next page, “Order details”, click on “Pay”
  • If you do not have an account, choose the option “Create an account” and fill in all the data, accept the terms and conditions and click “OK”
  • In the next step, you have to fill in the missing data in “Data”, “Billing address” and click “Save”
  • Once you have verified your data, accept the terms and conditions and choose the payment method that suits you
  • If it is a credit card payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order; if it is by Transfer, you will receive an e-mail with the payment instructions.
Can I modify my order?

When you place an order, it is no longer possible:
– Change the order (add, delete or change products)
– Change the payment method
– Change the mode of delivery (change carrier).
If you want to make any of these changes, please cancel your order and place a new one.

How to be sure that my order has been well received?

We will send you a confirmation email to validate your order. You can also connect to your account to check the status of your orders

I have not received an order confirmation or a delivery notice.

If, 24 hours after placing your order, you are still waiting for confirmation, contact our customer service.

Why do I have to give a delivery address and a billing address?

The delivery and billing addresses appear on your receipt. If, for example, you want to place an order for someone or need a receipt for your accounts, you must enter different billing and delivery addresses.

Can I change the shipping address?

If you wish to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order has been shipped before the change of address, the change must be made directly by contacting the carrier.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

You cannot place an order without first creating an account
